Eunice Unjung Keem attended New Trier High School in Winnetka, IL. Eunice's First place awards include: The prestigious Johansen International Competition in Washington DC, the Kingsville International Young Performers Competition - orchestral instrument division, the Union League Civic & Arts Foundation Scholarships Competition - Junior String Division Winner, the Musicians Club of Women Annual Music Scholarship Auditions, the Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra Concerto Competition in 1997 and 1999, the Illinois String Teachers Association (ILSTA) Competition, the Keweenaw Symphony Orchestra Concerto Competition in Michigan, and the American String Teacher's Association National Biennial Strings Competition - 1st place, Junior Division.

Eunice was a semi-finalist in the 12th International Wieniawski Competition in Poznan, Poland. She was a top prizewinner at the Irving M. Klein International Competition in San Francisco, CA, the WAMSO Young Artist Competition in Minneapolis, MN, and also at the Corpus Christi Young Artists Competition in Corpus Christi, TX.

Eunice is currently studying violin performance at Carnegie Mellon University School of Music in Pittsburgh. Cyrus Forough, violin professor. at the Roosevelt University in Chicago, has had the most significant influence on Eunice's development as a violinist.
